In 2010 Cater were awarded the contract to operate the cafe at Jupiter Artland ( www.jupiterartland.org) The cafe at Jupiter Artland is in the heart of acres of beautiful woodland and houses a world class collection of outdoor contemporary sculpture. The cafe serves from our on-site kitchen the very finest seasonal cooking and has become extremely well known for quality, style and service. The cafe is managed by the very talented and friendly Damian Pinardi who’s worked with Barry on the Jupiter Artland cafe these last two years. The park and cafe are open May – September every Thursday – Sunday, we serve lunch from 11.30 until 3.30pm ,
There have been several Cater by Barry Bryson temporary pop-up cafes and food stalls in venues such as Dance Base (2007) Dovecot studios (2010) and The City Art Centre (2011) and perhaps most famously The Edinburgh International Book Festival for three years running,in each case we created a permanent looking but temporary cafe to facilitate the buildings or festivals need’s including one for the Edinburgh International Science Festival in 2011
