Cater by Barry Bryson is a consolidation of the off-site catering company which began 1999. We have over the years worked for a large number of high profile companies and venues as well as private dining clients providing all aspects of event catering from smart seated dinners, banquets and cocktail parties to weddings, book launches and gallery openings all over the city and beyond (well Scotland anyway!) working closely with every client and organiser to ensure we create the exact event that they and their guests are looking for, please see the client testimonial section for some of their feedback.
In addition to the food and drink options Cater can also provide staffing and event management, counters for bars and cafes, lighting and flowers courtesy of Ian Russel of Wild Flower Design. We can also organise marquees, outdoor furniture and specialist cater hire for your event.
